Our Leadership
Paul Maguire
Paul’s strength is in bringing together desperate resources to form powerful teams, working together towards project goals. Teaching and mentoring is a core value that Paul demonstrates in every interaction. Paul brings significant professional experience in strategic planning, technology architecture, organizational learning and change, project management and business systems implementation as well as analyzing process, procedures, and workflow to streamline operations.
Paul is Kaplan Norton Balanced Scorecard certified (Strategic Planning facilitation and implementation).
Paul has an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.
Steve Bagwell
Steve is best described as an experienced and diverse relationship builder.
He has an extensive background in technology and project management and his servant leadership style has a long history of successful operational improvement.
He has an educational background in systems and strategic planning and has a comprehensive knowledge of electronic medical records, disaster recovery and security.
Steve has a B.S.E. in Computer Systems Engineering.
